I agree that the delivery of digital content other than on a physical carrier (e.g. DVD, CD, CD-rom) is legally excluded from the right of withdrawal, as stated in Section 8 of the Online Shop Terms and Conditions and Software Licence Sales.

Note:
This means that the software licenses cannot be returned or exchanged. The same rules that apply to e.g. music and films are applicable to downloadable software. These conditions are established because we cannot check whether the provided licenses are used, or will be used. This is in line with the legislation and the guidelines from the Consumers Association.
